Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Ok I noticed that you are using the 1.5.1 version of the plugin and the 2.0.1 version is out.

Can you please update the plugin to the latest version by following this guide

If you buy it over CodeCanyon then follow CodeCanyon download page links and if you buy it over our website then follow TMS Store download page links.

1. Download the file from (CodeCanyon or TMS Store)
   Once you’ve purchased your Amelia plugin, download the .zip file from the (CodeCanyon or TMS Store) downloads page to your computer. The .zip file contains the latest version of the “Amelia – Enterprise-Level Appointment Booking WordPress Plugin”.
2. Upload the WordPress booking plugin to your WordPress website. There are 2 ways to do this:
   The Preferred way is via the WordPress Admin: Open your WordPress admin panel, go to Plugins » Add new » Upload, and select the .zip file that you downloaded from (CodeCanyon or TMS Store) An alternative, in case the WordPress Admin Upload does not work: Unzip the file that you downloaded from (CodeCanyon or TMS Store) Open your WordPress installation folder using any FTP manager it could be Cyberduck, FileZilla, Total Commander. Go to the wp-content/plugins/ folder of WP and upload the folder you previously unzipped.
3. Activate the plugin
   In your WordPress admin panel go to Plugins, find Amelia booking, and click “Activate”. Now you have the best booking plugin for WordPress installed on your site.

Can you please try this guide.

You can update plugin from WordPress Plugins page (deleting the plugin and upload it again) or to update the plugin manually with FTP by following these steps:

1.) Download zip from this link

2.) Use FTP to open /yourwordpressfolder/wp-content/plugins

3.) Delete existing ameliabooking folder.

4.) Upload previously downloaded ameliabooking folder through FTP to plugins folder (unzip it)

5.)  Go to WP-admin panel, open Plugins section.

6.) Deactivate ameliabooking, and then activate it again.

7.) Clear server and browser cache (IMPORTANT if you are using caching plugin)

Please note that if you delete old version from WP-admin (by clicking “Delete” in the plugins page) you will not lose your data and settings because it is already saved in database.
