Our plugin using third party packages like Curl client for PHP HTTP requests, and he has dependencies HTTP Message and clue/stream-filter which are used in lot of the projects (in the world). The most of them have test files that prove that code is working fine. All of them are monitoring and updated by experienced developers and if there is some vulnerability of malicious code they will be removed from package.
You can delete those files if you want, but you don't have to worry about that.
When I install Amelia I keep seeing this error when i do a security scan.
