Hi,
I'm trying to create a new appointment from the Amelia plugin backend but keep getting the following error in the 'browser console'.
Uncaught (in promise) Error: Request failed with status code 403
at e.exports (amelia-booking.js?ver=2.0.1:1)
at e.exports (amelia-booking.js?ver=2.0.1:1)
at XMLHttpRequest.f.<computed> (amelia-booking.js?ver=2.0.1:1)?
I am logged in as an 'Amelia Employee'. The error happens when I try to create a new customer from the 'New Appointment' window.
Your prompt assistance would be highly appreciated.
Regards
Hi prontoetech101,
Thank you for your purchase.
Unfortunately, at the moment that is not possible with Amelia Employee role. You can check more in our docs about Users and Roles in the Amelia WordPress Booking Plugin.
If you need to expand permissions or capabilities for our roles, my suggestion is to use plugins User Role Editor.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Isidora Markovic
