Is it possible to set multiple day bookings? Like Monday-Friday and have a service be per day?Like a hotel stay? Also, is there a shortcode to have the user be able to see their current booking(s), cancel their booking and/or get a refund if they cancel?

Multiple days bookings are possible just in Events module for now, we are currently working on muti days bookings for appointments, should be live with some of the further releases. Currently the hotel type of booking is not available.
Each customer can have Amelia Customer WordPress user role. With this role customer can log in to the back-end of Amelia plugin and see only his appointments on the Appointments page and Calendar page. There customer has two options:
