We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello,
how it is possible to hide the table and show only the result from this database row in the front end?
And i would like to customize them in the divi theme.
Thank you and best regards. David
Hello David.
Thank you for your purchase.
Can you please show me how the database looks like?
This looks like a form (the attachment you shared with us), is that correct?
Please share as much info about the database table, and the wpDataTables table you created, and let me know what you'd like to hide and show. I'm guessing you are creating the table using SQL queries, correct?
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hello,
thank you for trying to help me.
Take a look here https://www.hsn-tsn-suche.de/test-new/ and I would like to show the result like on the bottom of the site.
I create the database using the wpdatatabels and import an excel file. The database is fine, but I like to show the result different in the front-end.
Perfekt would be a shortcode or something else.
The hole SQl database is in the attachment.
Thank you very much.
David
Hello again David.
I see what you mean.
In order to do this, you would have to create a PIVOT table, like explained in here:
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/13944417/mysql-convert-column-to-row-pivot-table
After you do that, you would have to create a MySQL View, and use it to create a table in wpDataTables.
Unfortunately, pulling the data via shortcodes is not possible with the plugin's built-in features, and the result would also be a table, only pivoted, so rows are turned into columns and vice versa.
Please note that creating custom queries is not included in the support of the plugin which only refers to advice.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
