I have 3 categories offering many services. If I use same notification for each appoinments, it does not make sense. Will there be a way I specify unique notification message for each appointment?
You can use Email placeholders to specify the name of the service appointment etc.
When you click on it the menu will show so you can choose which placeholder do you want to use.
The place holders will changed based on the service name for example.
But if you want to customize the notifications based on which service they booked, unfortunately something like this is not possible to achieve with the plugin built in features at the moment.

Unfortunately yes, the settings from the notifications settings tab is global and at the moment it can not be customized for each service to be different.
But we will definitely consider adding this for some of the future updates.
