We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello, I was looking at the plugin and it looks AWESOME. The thing is that I don't need the pre made templates because I already bought a theme in Themeforest. Is that possible to get the plugin and make it work without those pre made templates?
Thanks.
Hi Jose,
Thank you for your interest in our plugin, we are glad that you like it.
Of course, it is possible, actually the templates cannot be bought, only the plugin. The templates on our demo site are made just for the testing purposes, what you actually buy is the plugin where you will set everything, create employees, services, set up settings and use one or multiple booking forms on the front-end.
Best regards.
Thanks Isidora,
One more question. I see in the features that the plugin comes with Google Calendar sync options. It means that If I'm a user and make an appointment, I'll get that appointment synced in my Google Calendar?
Thanks
Hi Jose,
You are welcome.
Each customer during the booking has option at the end of the booking process to choose whether he wants to add that appointment in his calendar and in which calendar he wants to add (Google, iCal, Yahoo and outlook). As for the Google Calendar sync this is made for employees also. Once you create the employee you will have the option to connect it with his Google Cal. If employee is connected the appointments made in Amelia will automatically be added to his calendar, and personal events that he creates will remove available time slots in Amelia.
Best regards.
