If I understand you right that is not possible with Amelia. When your users register with Woocoomerce then you need to contact their support and to find out how to add additional roles, because Customers get Amelia Customer role when they are book appointment.
Moreover, I would like to know if there is any option to show our customer their own appointments as widget on the sidebar showing monthly.
Unfortunately at the moment there’s no built-in solution. However, it appears in requests from time to time, so we will add to our idea list and look into some possible solutions on plugin side in the future.

We want to use the plugin in other way.
Clients buy our services and register during the process with Woocoomerce
Later we assign them a specific date for a meeting and appoitment.
How we can manage in this way with Amelia plugin?

When you are using WooCommerce integration with the Amelia WordPress Booking Plugin customers will get two roles Customer(for WooCommerce) and Amelia Customer(for Amelia)
