We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Hi Amelia Support,

    I would like to know whether we can select multiple Services from the service list. Do you have option to select the different time slot for multiple services if selected, please do let me know.

    Hi Shan,

    Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

    Unfortunately something like this is not possible with our plugin at the moment. We don't have option for selecting multiple services and time slots, we only have option for creating extras for each service and giving the possibility to customers to select service with extras and then choose a time slot. If extra has duration the available time slots would change if service is selected with extra (it will get service time+extra time), but selecting multiple time slots is not possible.

    Hi Shan,

    You are welcome. We will certainly work on this option in the future as it was already requested, however I must be honest to say that we have some more requested features on our priority list before this one, so it will take some time.
