We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello,
The demo does not seem to go through to a payment page, do you have any screen shots of this process for Amelia medical? Also, does it support all woocommerce options i.e. stripe and paypal together? Lastly, on the telephone field is it possible not to have to select a country?
Kind regards,
Craig
Also, does it prevent double booking? and is it possible to make it so you can only book an appointment if it is paid for?
Hi Craig,
Thanks for your interest in our plugin.
We don't have any screen shots, but it will proceed to the desired payment, PayPal modal if you choose PayPal and so on. It supports all WooCommerce options.
You can remove select country in the telephone field by choosing desired country in the backend.
Yes, of course, it prevents double booking, and if you turn off pay on site option, the booking won't be made unless customer has paid for it.
Thank you Nevena, do you have any example websites where I can see the actual payment process? It is hard to see what the user experience is like without seeing actual payment gateway implementations?
Hi Craig,
You can try in our demo, for example this is when the WooCommerce is chosen: https://cl.ly/e848870aeafa
You can try on https://sports.wpamelia.com/, when you set up WooCommerce instead of On Site on the backend. For the other payment options it is PayPal and Stripe standard modal.
