Can you, please, explain in a bit more detail what the issue is? Since, you can choose which fields are mandatory and which are not in General Settings of Amelia:
Also, what do you mean by SMS verification method?
If you still wish to submit a refund request, though, you can do that by logging into http://store.tms-plugins.com/ with the credentials you received in the e-mail you purchased the plugin with, and you'll see the refund option there.
Not possible to make the phone number as the primary user identification instead of using the email.
Plus sms verification method.
