This seems rather strange if you have the plugin in your account on Envato, but it's not appearing on your website.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

please can you help me to make Amelia plugin working on my website again ?
It looks it just disapeared from the page, but it is still instaled in the back admin of my wordpress page..
I have recently updated Wordpress for a newer version, if it has something do with it..
Also the Amelia plug-in does not appear in my Envato Market plugin, which I have instaled for updates..
I would really appreciate your help to make the plugin working again on my site.

Here in the attachement I am sending you, that I have bought your plugin, but it does not show in Envato Market plugin for updates..
I have also tried to upload Amelia again in my services, but its not visible on the page, only in back administration of my Wordpress…
