If I understand you right you have option Maximum allowed spots when you create the Event.
Maximum allowed spots – Here you can set the maximum capacity for your event. Once the event gets full it will change the status to “Closed” and your customers will not be able to book it. On each event on the front-end event list your customers will be able to see the number of free places left as number of booked places/maximum number of places.
If this is not what you look for please explain me in little more details on what you mean exactly and I will give you my suggestion.
Unfortunately, at the moment this is not possible with built in features of plugin.
Thank you for your suggestion. We carefully follow customers requirements and try to implement most of them if they appear in requests from time to time, so we will add to our idea list and look into some possible solutions on plugin side in the future.
If you have any more issues or questions feel free to open a new ticket, we will gladly help.

'Maximum spots allowed' is a great feature!
But sometimes people call or sent a mail to ask if they can join an event. Therefore it would be helpful to add people to events as an admin.
You can already add appointments, this is only for services, but not add people to events.
