I do skype lessons and I want to use Amelia as the booking page on my site.
I want to do lessons with students all over the world, to do so i need to overcome the different time zones issues.
So if someone books a lesson from a time zone different from mine, what will happen? Amelia will show up only the times of my time zone? or it automatically identify and adapt to the student's time zone? There are some option to be activated? It works automatically? it's not possible to make it adapt to different time zones?
I can't find any explanation about that, if you can clarify this it would be of great help for me.
We have option to Show booking slots in a client time zone. This option gives you the possibility to use our plugin through several time zones. If you enable this option your clients will see time slots in their own time zone, and once they schedule an appointment you will see it in the back-end in the time zone that you have set in the WordPress General Settings under the Timezone option. So, for example, if your clients are in the time zone that is 1 hour less than yours, they will schedule an appointment for 8pm, and you will see this appointment at 9pm in the appointments list.

This plugin is currently identifying the user's IP address, which is the default time zone on their PC or laptop and is most often incorrect to their true time zone.
This is how our plugin works at the moment, it detects the time zone on the PC and show time slots in that time zone. I will forward your suggestion to our development team and we will see if we can implement a new option for the customer to choose a time zone during the booking for one of the future updates, but I must say that we didn't have much requests to change the option so at the moment it is not among our priorities.

Unfortunately all employees can work only in one time zone, the one that is set in the WordPress General settings.
