FINAL DAYS FOR SUPPORT ON THIS PLATFORM
As mentioned through banners and newsletters, starting Sunday (June 1st), we're transitioning to a new support system that will be available through your store accounts (for premium/paid users) or directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder (for pre-purchase questions) through a support widget in the bottom right corner.
Starting June 1st, you’ll no longer be able to reply to existing tickets or open new ones on this platform. Instead, please use the "Submit a Ticket" option, which will redirect you to the right page where you can easily reach out to us.

We noticed today that we're not able to book from the front-end, and the day is not available. But we are able to book from the back-end. We have also noticed that we were able to double book from the back-end. The first one being a big issue, and wondering if you know anything about it or how to fix it?

I just visited your booking page, and successfully made an appointment Stripe & Klipp Kort with Ionela Frisør & Stylist on 11/07/2019 15:00.
You can delete that, since it is only for testing.
What issues are you experiencing with front-end?
As for double bookings, please check if you enabled "Allow booking above maximum capacity" and "Allow booking below minimum capacity" in Appointment Settings in main settings of the plugin.
