When client book an appointment on my website he gets invitation to google calendar, there is no confirmation email. As a website administrator I get a confirmation email instantly.
My settings I fine I guess, It was working fine a while ago.
Could you please check why confirmation emails aren't delivered? Also please check cancelation link on boot sides.
Please not my settings are fine, it was working good just recently something has broken. I have updated version of amelia.
We are located in Serbia and our working time is from 10:00 to 17:00 CET. business days.
Can you please tell me who is not receiving email notification your employee or customers, so we can investigate?
Also, please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check PrivateReply so nobody can see them except us.

On my side, as administrator Im getting exactly the same confirmation email as my clients but cancelation link doesn't work at all, I even cant click it. Is it normal behavior or it can be fixed?
We suppose that is server issue, because we are just using PHP mail function for this functionality that you choose for mail service.
If you are using cancellation link for employee notification, then it is normal behavioral(they are not working), because this option is made only for customers.
