When I put my purchase code, it said : "It's expired or invalid". So I cannot update my Amelia plugin.
Also I doesn't work with Activation by Envato. It said, "It seems that your purchase code is expired".
What's the problem? What do I have to do?
My purchase code should valid (purchased 2019-02-26)
Thanks
Hi mihlashes,
Thank you for your purchase.
Sorry for late response.
We are located in Serbia and our working time is from 10:00 to 17:00 CET. business days.
I see you bought the plugin on Envato. In order to activate it, you need to leave the "Purchase code" field blank, and just click on the "ACTIVATE WITH ENVATO" button. It'll take you to the login page, and activate the plugin.(you need to be login on Envato)
Upon activation, you still won't be able to update it right away, simply because WordPress is doing these activation checks a few times a day - it's not an automated process. So, if you're able to activate it, but unable to update it, just wait a few hours and try again.
On the other hand, you can always update the plugin manually by following these steps:
1. Download zip from this link
2. Use FTP to open /your_wordpress_folder/wp-content/plugins
3. Delete existing ameliabooking folder.
4. Upload previously downloaded ameliabooking folder through FTP to plugins folder (unzip it)
5. Go to WP-admin panel, open Plugins section.
6. Deactivate Amelia, and then activate it again.
7. Clear server and browser cache
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Isidora Markovic
