    Hey Guys,

So I bought it finally as you've added events, yay! I sell "classes". When someone buys a ticket, it gives them access to classes over several weeks.
I have noticed, that if I create a RECURRING event, the TICKET amount applies to every event recurrence. IE I set my ticket amount to 31, recur the event weekly for 2 months - every event has 31 tickets so thats over 240 tickets.... I don't want this. I need the ticket amount to be GLOBAL for that even recurrence, ie 31 tickets total, as more people book the number is reduced for ALL recurrences of that event.

I am at the moment using WP Events Cal Pro which does this. I'd like to use Amelia instead - can we get this option?

Also - It would be AWESOME to have additional ticket types. IE I offer full price and a concession.....again we can do this in Events cal, but not on this.

    Hi Zoe,
    Thank you for your purchase.

Unfortunately at the moment there’s no built-in solution. However, it appears in requests from time to time, so we will add to our idea list and look into some possible solutions on plugin side in the future.

    Best regards.

    Kind Regards,

    Hey!

Ah that sucks. I will email Kraken and see if they can implement. If it can't be done at reasonable cost I will have to request a refund from Amelia until feature is added.

    Thanks

    Hey Milan,

Sorry just want to add also that additional ticket types are really important too for any event system. A work around would be coupon codes but apparently that doesnt work either. These are really important features that should be added as a matter of priority.

Thanks for listening, now I must break news to client that it's not yet ready and we have to stick to a platform we hate.

    Hi Zoe,

    Sorry to hear your frustration,

We carefully follow customers requirements and try to implement most of them if they appear in requests from time to time, so we will add to our idea list and look into some possible solutions on plugin side in the future.

We constantly strive to make our product better, and deliver the most value for our end users.

As you can find in our documentation Coupons, Custom fields and synchronization with Google Calendar are not supported in the Event booking at the moment.

    Best regards.

    Kind Regards,

    Isidora Markovic
