Is it possible in the backend, for 'Calendar' view to have break times such a lunch greyed out or labeled as such so looking at the calendar you know when employees are on their breaks? It certainly helps when looking at the calendar for open appointments when someone phones in.
Haha I know I am annoying at this stage! Though it would be a nice feature and was present on the previous booking system my client used. It had their breaks clearly marked in the calendar. Ovato booking, which I mightn't add, is the worst name ever because I can never remember it
You're not annoying, not by a long shot, we really appreciate all suggestions.
I just spoke with my team, and they say they will be working on this. However, they don't think the breaks will be displayed in the "All" calendar, once we implement this feature, but instead only for each employee individually.

I am sorry to disappoint you (again), but unfortunately something like this is not yet possible with the plugin's built-in features.
I will send it to my development team so they can add it to the list of ideas, though.
