    Hi Amy,

    Thank you for your inquiry.

    The Custom fields tab is shown after you choose Service because custom fields are made for particular services so it cannot be shown if you don't select the service. If after you select the service you still don't see custom fields please contact our support in Amelia section of this support platform, so they can investigate this issue further.
