Hi,
I have a customer that booked into an event. Everything went great, except I as the admin/organizer got no email confirmation for the booking. I'm assuming the customer did, but doesn't look I did. Is there a way to set this up? I can see that no employee is assigned to the event so it might be an issue where it can't find an email to send to?

I have a similar issue when trying the test email. I was wondering what email system you are using, if you don't mind sharing.
Have you tried the test e-mail?

Thank you for your purchase.
If the employee is not assigned to the Event then employee will not receive an email.
You can try to test it to use your email as a customer and see if the email is received.

As a new user, it wasn't obvious I needed to assign an Employee to an Event, Staff is used instead of Employee. I assumed I would get an email as the Wordpress admin. I know now for the future.
