With the holiday season upon us, we want to share our upcoming working hours:
- New Year: Our team will be off on January 1st and 2nd. We’ll be back on Friday, January 3rd, to respond to any messages received during this time.
- Weekend: As usual, we don’t work on weekends, so January 4th and 5th will also be non-working days.
- Orthodox Christmas: Our office will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, January 6th and 7th for the holiday.
After that, we’ll return to our regular schedule and assist you as quickly as possible.

We have been noticing an uptick in our customers reporting to us that they're been trying to make reservations on our website but either:
This issue is NOT persistent and does NOT occur all the time, which makes it very difficult to troubleshoot. We do have the bulk of our customers able to access the site and make reservations (across multiple browsers/devices).
However, this frequency of this issue occurring (several times a week) is making it a major problem for our office staff and our partners.
What could be causing this issue?

Note: I've tried to identify a commonality between the reports and there doesn't appear to be one. It happens across Chrome and Safari equally. It largely tends to be reported by iOS users (desktop and mobile), but has been seen on Windows and Android on occasion.

Very strange, I just checked this from Chrome and Safari browser and everything seems fine.
Reading the feedback below only one thing that comes to my mind is that maybe the server reach some maximum limit for the users on the page , but this should not be the cause of the issue reported.
Are there any errors in the server log so you can send me and I can take a look.

That's the odd part. I've not been able to replicate it at all, but have had over a dozen and a half different people report the problem to me over the course of the last two weeks. It's become far too consistent to ignore.
I'll see if I can get access to the logs.
