Hello,
My client makes tour guides twice a day. For example, two 2h tours at 10:00 - 12:00 and 18:00-20:00.
I can't find a way to show only these hours in the calendar. Is it possible to do this with Amelia?
To be more precise, my client has 2 choices for tour guides.
1st guide (2hours) : 10:00 - 12:00 & 18:00 - 20:00
2nd guide (3,5 hours) : 9:00 -12:30 & 17:00 -20:30
Can I achieve this result with Amelia?
Thank you
HI Zafiris,
Thank you for your purchase.
Can you please tell me does the clients need to book multiple time slots at once or one appointment from 10:00 - 12:00 and then later the slot from 18:00-20:00?
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović

He needs one appointment for the 2h duration.
Thank you for your quick reply.
Hi Zafiris,
Ok thank you for your feedback.
My suggestion is to take a look at the quick start guide from our documentation.
Where you can see how you can create services.
For your case below you will need 2 services and set the working time for the employees for the desired service and for the right timeslot.
Best regards.
