In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Actually your wpdatatables is amazing plugging.
But unfortunately it doesn't support rtl language.
We really need your plugging but we can't use it without rtl support.
It would be great if you can add rtl support ,just rtl in your css files.
After that I will translate it to Arabic language for free.
Please try to add rtl support.

Thank you for your interest in our plugin, and thanks for the kind words.
The RTL support is planned, although I cannot say when it will be implemented.
There is a workaround, though.
You can add a class to each column you want to be RTL - something like "rtl".
And then add the following CSS in Custom CSS field under main settings of wpDataTables:
table.wpDataTable td.rtl { unicode-bidi: bidi-override; }This should override the settings and make the column display RTL.
