It's a spiritual center, which has departments like Accounts, Restaurant, IT, Vehicles, Deities, Community Service, Welcome Center, Child Protection, Human Resources...
I have been asked to create a CRUD where the chiefs of departments will have access only to their own department's data table and not to data tables of other departments. I am not a programmer so I don't know how to create logins for different pages/posts where the tables of various departments will be displayed.
So I thought of going for the WordPress multi-site option. Now will wpdatatables work in a multi-site? And is the Single Domain Subscription valid on a multi site?
The Basic license works on a single domain, with unlimited number of sub-domains, so yeah - you will be able to use one license for a multi-site installation.
This is maybe the best option for the site you're creating. We do have "Users see and edit only own data" feature, where users are able to see and edit only their data in a table. However, you would need to create a column with the user ID information, and manually add the data for each chief. Or let them insert new rows, in which way they would automatically be entering their own information.
Anything else that would allow you to use these features would require a Membership plugin, since the user roles are not a part of wpDataTables.

Hello Srinath.
Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

I hope this helps.
Best regards.
