When i book a service all notifications are working properly.
When i book an event, the first email "event booked" will not be sent out.
When i sent a test email it works When i set the event as canceled, the notification will be sent When i than set the event as open again, the notification will be sent
But no notification will be sent, when an event is booked.
Cron Job is installed as mentioned in the FAQ. Snipped to skip the cart page (from Bogdan) is also installed
Please note that from Thursday 20th of June until Saturday 22nd of June we are at WordCamp Europe conference. Because of this, there will be a slight delay in reply to your tickets, but we will give our best to answer all your questions as soon as we can.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check PrivateReply so nobody can see them except us.
We check your website, and we notice that you are using Commerce integration. We checkout also in our local environment and there is some issue with sending events notification when you are using WooCommerce integration.
It is forward to my development team to investigate what is going on.
When I receive feedback from them I will contact you.
If you mean on test email, then that is normal behavioral because test emails are created for testing are your emails sent(is it correct your settings in Notification settings for sending mails). For some placeholders are used dummy data, and the rest of them will be rendered like placeholders. All placeholders will be replaced when you are using live data ( book appointments or events)

Hello Milan,
we have also spotted, that there is an issue with the Placeholder %event_location%.
This one will not be changed in the automated emails, like the email mentioned before it will only be filled, when i send the email manually.
Could you also check this one?
Thanks
Best regards
Sebastian
