    Among other issues, there is no spanish version.

    thank you for your reply, I didn’t see that. I own a SPA and offer two kind of services. Is there any way that my customers can chose either one or two at the same time? In case they are coming with someone else? Please see how Mindbody has resolved this.

    Hi Francois

    If you mean on option to choose how many persons are coming to the appointment then yes, for each service you have option to set minimum and maximum capacity. If you set maximum capacity larger than one, your customers will have option to select the number of people. 

    To change the site language, in the WordPress panel you will see Wordpress Settings page, click on it and among other options you will see Site language option.

    Hi Isidora,

    Yes but it's a little bit more complicated. My service has 3 "rooms", and my customers can choose which one of these rooms they want, that's the real challenge, can this be done? So let's say the customer takes the room "B" but also the room "C" for someone else. Of the 3 rooms, 1 is a bit different, that's why.

    Hi Francois Pouzet,

    If you don't need to create employees you can create those 3 rooms in the place where employees are, change the label to Room and allow customers to select it. However, one customer would be able to only choose one room, he cannot select Room B for him and Room C for the person that is coming with him.

    hi.  I understand your refund policy is only valid for 15 days . 

     I had an extremely hard time with Amelia .  The man was very nice that was helping me however, due to the time difference and my Extreme learning disability, somewhat could have taken a minute took over 3 weeks. After the system was on my website.  I then realized I couldn’t access the site from my cell phone . 

     I’m asking for a refund because it took three weeks for me to even get the plug in on my site.  And wasn’t able to see it didn’t work for me until that happened.

    Usually it takes couple of days for Paddle to process the refund, that part is not on our side, so we cannot say for sure when it will be.
