Unfortunately that is not possible with built in features of plugin. You can change strings using POEDIT or Loco Translate for example very easily. I suggest you to install Loco Translate and then to translate these string.
For hiding actual attendees number we can change some files in our core plugin and to rebuild it and after that to sent you hole public folder to replace in our plugin folder on your server. Please note that after next update this will be over written and you need to do it again.
I have loco translate already installed and used it a lot for Amelia.
But unfortunately i don't think that i can change the mentioned part of Amelia with Loco. Of course i can change the wording with the "attendees" but not the complete string. So the placeholder for min and max users are not within a translatable string. or i haven't found it yet, but i looked through the whole list.
Could you please check and tell me, where i can erase the min number in this string with Loco translate?
Otherwise it would be great, if you could provide me a solution with the public folder. But after that i am not able to update anymore, right? Than i have to choose between the update and the hidden "minimum attendees", right?

we like the new Events List feature.
And in the list is directly under the Event Name is an entry with the actual attendees and the max attendees. (ex Attendees 0/15).
No wis it maybe sometimes not positive to show the user, that there are a couple of Events but most of them has at the moment 0 attendees.
How can i remove the actual attendees placeholder "0/"
So that there is listed:
"Max Attendees: 15"
