In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

    We install the POEDIT and translate all the text.

    Already made all settings as per documentation instruction. But did not show effect on all text like date is converted as per language, but text did not change.

    Sorry, but I am not sure that I understood you right. Can you please send us screenshots of those PO and MO files, so we can take a look which strings are not translated?

    We install the PO and MO files with this only date change when we change the language but not change the service name and labels .Kindly check below links regarding this.
