Hey everyone!
With the holiday season upon us, we want to share our upcoming working hours:
- New Year: Our team will be off on January 1st and 2nd. We’ll be back on Friday, January 3rd, to respond to any messages received during this time.
- Weekend: As usual, we don’t work on weekends, so January 4th and 5th will also be non-working days.
- Orthodox Christmas: Our office will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, January 6th and 7th for the holiday.
After that, we’ll return to our regular schedule and assist you as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find tons of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel), which might just have the answers you need while we’re away.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Warm regards and happy holidays!

Hello,
I have an escape room and I am the only employee for my company. I am using google calendar sync for my calendar.
I would like to set up my calendar in a way that if one room is booked, the other room is automatically booked. How can prevent this from happening ?
Example: I have three rooms. Customer books room1 and room2 and room3 are automatically booked.(nobody actually booked room2 and room3 and they are available )
Also is there a way to hide the employee name?
Hello Niccolo.
Thank you for your purchase.
If you are the only employee, and you have three services (rooms), each time one time slot is booked, that same slot is automatically unavailable for the other two services. This is done by default, since one employee cannot be booked at the same time for two different services.
If you would like the other two rooms to be available even though the same time slot is reserved for the first room, you will have to duplicate the employee, and have one assigned to each service. Those would be fake accounts, since you're the only employee, so you can create new employees with the current e-mail address, with "+1" before the "@". For instance, your e-mail is:
[email protected]
The e-mail addresses for those two fake employees would be:
[email protected]
[email protected]
In that case, you would need to hide the "Select employee" drop-down using some CSS. Also, to hide the employee name - you mean in the "Checkout" page, after the calendar, correct?
If this is true, please provide me with the URL to the booking page, so I can give you the CSS that'd need to be implemented in order to hide the name.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hi
if I create this fake email
[email protected]
[email protected]
then I will not be able to sync my google calendar? because those calendar don't exist . (maybe I should just create an email for each room and then use that to sync )
----
i would like to remove the employee name after the booking is complete
this is my website

Hello Niccolo.
Yeah, you're correct about the calendar. If this works for you - then maybe the best way would be to do exactly that - create an e-mail for each room.
To hide the employee name on your form, please add this before the shortcode:
Best regards.
