Hello,
I am having troubles with cancellation. If for example my customers cancelled the event the slot doesn't become available on Amelia.
On my website still show as busy, but on my google calendar the event is gone. The only way for me to actually delete the appointment is to go in the appointment tab in Amelia and delete the appointment. why doesn't the cancellation from the client doesn't cancel the appointment on my website?
thanks
Nico
Hi Niccolo,
Thank you for your purchase.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Do we have permission to make some test employee, customer and test appointments to check out this?
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Isidora Markovic

Hi Niccolo,
You are welcome.
At the moment that is not possible.
Thank you for your suggestion. We carefully follow customers requirements and try to implement most of them if they appear in requests from time to time, so we will add to our idea list and look into some possible solutions on plugin side in the future.
You have option in Google settings in our plugin Event Title and Event Description.
Event Title
Here you can configure the title of the event that will be displayed in the Google Calendar. This option works with placeholders from the notifications page so to set the title you will need to copy placeholders from the notifications page and paste them here. You will find these placeholders once you click on the </> Show Email Placeholders on the Notifications page.
Event Description
Here you can configure the description of the event that will be displayed in the Google Calendar. This option works with placeholders from the notifications page so to set the title you will need to copy placeholders from the notifications page and paste them here. You will find these placeholders once you click on the </> Show Email Placeholders on the Notifications page.
Best regards
Kind Regards,
Isidora Markovic
