Hi,
I would like to display the tooltip of chart in 24 hour format instead of AM / PM. Displaying the data in the wpDataTable it shows the dates in 24 hour format, I've changed the default Wordpress setting to display dates in 24 hour format and also the format in the wpDataTables settings.
We're using the Google Charts engine.
Thanks for helping out.
Regards,
Richard
Hello Richard.
Thank you for your purchase.
That is default behavior of charts engine, but if you need some custom solution you can check in our documentation about wpDataCharts callbacks.
Best regards.

Hi,
thanks for your help. The tooltip format can be customized in Google Charts using Javascript, using a google.visualization.DateFormat object, but that seems rather difficult using the properties.
Do you know how the different properties of Google Charts can be customized?
Thanks,
Richard
Hello again Richard.
I can try to help you out, but I can't promise anything.
Like I said - every chart exposes several options that customize its look and feel, and callbacks are different from engine to engine.
I would also have to look for the solution, but if you provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue, that'd be great. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Also, please tell me what's the chart's ID, and what's the name of the page it is located on.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
