Hey everyone!
With the holiday season upon us, we want to share our upcoming working hours:
- New Year: Our team will be off on January 1st and 2nd. We’ll be back on Friday, January 3rd, to respond to any messages received during this time.
- Weekend: As usual, we don’t work on weekends, so January 4th and 5th will also be non-working days.
- Orthodox Christmas: Our office will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, January 6th and 7th for the holiday.
After that, we’ll return to our regular schedule and assist you as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find tons of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel), which might just have the answers you need while we’re away.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Warm regards and happy holidays!

This setup is not intuitive at all and I'm wasting so much time trying to sort this out. Why can I not have operating hours as 24 hours a day? We are a service company that does nightlife events that sometimes go until 4am. This is not an option. Why can't I control this? This seems like a really really stupid thing to have controlled. I also can't change from military time to normal 4:00am time format. I don't want to waste anymore time with this stupid plugin. Your documentation is awful.
Hi Chelsea,
Thank you for your purchase.
Sorry for late response.
We are located in Serbia and our working time is from 10:00 to 17:00 CET. business days.
Unfortunately at the moment is it not possible to set working hours that will contain two days ( for example 8pm-4am)
We carefully follow customers requirements and try to implement most of them if they appear in requests from time to time, so we will add to our idea list and look into some possible solutions on plugin side in the future.
You can change Date and Time formats on the WordPress Settings and that will be applied in Amelia as well. Please take a look at this documentation page - Configuring WordPress Date/Time Settings in the Amelia WordPress Booking Plugin.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Isidora Markovic
