This is not live yet - I am testing the plugin before making it live.
The appointment timings are not working. For instance, a booking is made for 1330 - the actual booking is shown as 1430. This is wrong. Amelia is setup for UK timings.
Also, the calendar is not showing the correct time slots. For instance, for appointments of 1 hr duration with a 30 minute lead time. Working hours are 1300 to 1730. Why, then is the first slot at 1430?
What, I should be seeing, is three slots. First at 1330-1430, then 1500 - 1600, then 1630-1730.
This is a bit of a mess. I need this fixed quickly. I can't go live with bookings until it, actually, works.
If you set Time zone right, then please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
I am afraid it is not working fine. I make a booking for 1330 - it is shown in the persons' calendar as 1230. (Of course, in Amelia appointments it is showing the correct time). That is hopeless.
This is what is being posted into Google -
This is what the actual Amelia booking is
Secondly, I have an extra field - on paid booking it shows on the form - on the free 30 min session it does not.
Still struggling with this. What do I need to do in Google? Just cannot get it to match my Amelia booking time. Tried setting to +1 - that puts it 2 hours out - so 1330 becomes 1130.
I have now set it to +01.00 Ireland time. That seems to work - bizarre. Thanks for that. I assume when the hour is changed again - I set google to 00.00?
Still missing the extra field in the free booking.
Like I explain you and provide you a link in early post about settings time zone for countries that have Daylight Savings Time (DST) you need to set it right in WordPress settings, Google calendar and for all other application that have this option to be set. For example if you have manual watch(not digital that convert this for you) you need to change time twice at year because of Daylight Savings Time (DST).
About the custom field not showing on your Free service it is probably related with assigning that service in Custom fields. Can you please check is this service assign on that custom filed?
You are welcome. I am glad that now everything is working fine.
If you have any more issues or questions feel free to open a new ticket, we will gladly help.

Hi Mike,
Thank you for your purchase.
Can you please tell me did you set your time zone in WordPress settings?
You have to change timezone and if your country is in Daylight Saving Time zone to set a city that’s in your timezone . You can read more about How to configure WordPress for Daylight Savings Time (DST)

Anyone going to respond to this? I need this working. I've paid my money - I want to use the plugin.
Hi Mike,
You have this issue because you set wrong time zone in your Google calendar. As you mention in early post you set Google calendar:
".. Google set to GMT. 0.00 .."
This is wrong time because London and UK are in Daylight Saving Time zone which means that now time in London is +1 not 0. (attachment)
You can find instructions on this link for settings Time zone in Google where you will see that UK time zone from drop down is +1 not 0. (attachment)
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
