Appointments have stopped displaying on calander and appointment section in the wp dashboard. Not sure why this happening as it was working previously. Also front end not displaying booking options just spinning hourglass. Was there an update I missed? Something has gone very wrong. I have checked the database and all previous bookings are there, including ones that are coming up in the next week. They are not displaying in the amelia control panel though. Also all services and categories no longer display front or back end. They are also in the database. If I add a category it appears in database in the correct order (both id and position.) But only remains visible oin the back end until I refresh the page then it stays in the database but doent appear in either front or back end.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Did you made some changes recently to the site?
Ok can you please update the plugin to the latest 2.0 version.
You can enable auto update of the plugin by going in Amelia Settings-> Activation and then click on green button Activate with Envato.
