With the holiday season upon us, we want to share our upcoming working hours:
- New Year: Our team will be off on January 1st and 2nd. We’ll be back on Friday, January 3rd, to respond to any messages received during this time.
- Weekend: As usual, we don’t work on weekends, so January 4th and 5th will also be non-working days.
- Orthodox Christmas: Our office will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, January 6th and 7th for the holiday.
After that, we’ll return to our regular schedule and assist you as quickly as possible.

Hi, I have a problem.
In principle I had my plugin activated without problems. at the time of changing the domain I had for the web under construction, to my final domain, the plugin is not receiving more updates, I would like to help me with this. thank you

Thank you for your purchase.
As we can see you purchase Basic plan for Amelia which means that you can activate it on one domain only at the time. If you are using it on your dev website, please deactivate it there and activate it on your final domain. Like this you will get updates.

Hi, im deactivate the plugin in my DEV domain.. and can't activate in my principal domain.. Please Help!

Sorry for late response.
We are located in Serbia and our working time is from 10:00 to 17:00 CET. business days.
Sorry I am little confused. You are not able to activate plugin or license on principal domain?
For license, you need to deactivate it on DEV server and after that you will be able to activate it on principal domain. You will need to do that on Activation settings in plugin.
