In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

HI, is it possible toselect more than 1 hour long slot? I have a number of rooms i hire out by the hour. Sometimes people want them for 1 hour, sometimes 2, 4 or more. Im looking for a plugin that would allow this.

Thank you for your interest in our plugin.
Unfortunately we don't have the option for selecting multiple time slots during one booking. We usually offer our users a workaround - you can create service with some basic duration, for example 1 hour, and then add extras to that service as extra duration of 1 hour, 2 hours etc so the customer can choose whether he wants just basic service or with extra duration.
