When I try to change the default employee notification and click save and send a test email. It doesn't change even though it's saved.  I need the message to say this

    Hi %employee_full_name%,

You have one confirmed %service_name% appointment at %location_name% on %appointment_date% at %appointment_start_time%. The appointment is added to your schedule.

    The customer name is %customer_full_name%

    Their email is %customer_email%

    Their phone is %customer_phone%

    Thank you,

    %company_name%

but when I save and test it continues to say this

    Dear John Doe,

You have successfully scheduled Service Name appointment with Richard Roe. We are waiting you at on June 12, 2019 2:39 pm

Thank you for choosing our company,

    Hi Malik,
    Thank you for your purchase.

Yes that is the normal behavioral to check are emails send from your server(dummy test email). Please made one real booking in our booking form with some customers test data(some test email) and you will see that placeholders will be change with real data.

I suppose that you already made category, service and employee.

    Best regards.

    Kind Regards,

Hey the test holders are replaced with real data. What I am saying is that the email I want to go out is not going out. I want it to say

    Hi Greg (employee name)

You have one confirmed a tour (appointment name) appointment at Southfield (location_name)

    The customer name is %customer_full_name%

    Their email is %customer_email%

    Their phone is %customer_phone%

    Thank you,

    %company_name%

But when I sent a test mail it changes the default template to

    Dear John Doe,

You have successfully scheduled Service Name appointment with Richard Roe. We are waiting you at on June 12, 2019 2:39 pm.

Thank you for choosing our company,

The placeholders are changing it's the actual message that is not changing.

Amelia comes with a default notification message. I changed that message. The message I changed it to is not appearing in my email box when I test it. The message that is appearing in my email box is the default Amelia notification message. How do I fix this

    Hi Malik,

Like I explain in previous post, for test emails are used predefined dummy data for testing sending emails.

Please insert our shortcode on some of your pages and make REAL booking with some test email and you will see that you will get email template like you set it in Notification page.

    Best regards.

    Kind Regards,
