hey, I just updated to the 2.0 version. And a customer received a follow up email. But her appointment was the May 12. I set up this mail to be sent 1 hour after the appointment. Can you help me ?

There was some issue with Follow ups notification in some cases and now that is fixed. From some reasons Follow up for this customer was not sent after the appointment on 12 May. You can make some test appointments in future(for example tomorrow) and they will be sent one hour after appointment.
