Hi I updated to 2.0 this morning and activated Woocommerce payments & now I can not see any catalogues for making a booking on the events page or headshots page...
We have tried Chrome on desktop & mobile, as well as on Safari and we can still not see the Amelia booking option. We have also cleared our cache and still no luck. It is just not showing anything.
Honestly, I don't know why it's not showing on your end. The 404 means page not found, but since I can access it and see the booking form, I can only assume there's something blocking your IP from viewing the page. But in that case, you should receive error 403 - Forbidden.
Yes that is the right page. It seems after a touch of checking via several different computers that older Mac's are showing the booking form, but newer computers are not (or the newer operating software is not). I've had to reinstall the older version of the Amelia plugin to get the booking form to appear across all computers again. It is now working.
That sounds a bit odd, since we are using Macs on daily basis for all kinds of work with Amelia - from programming to testing, and never experienced this issue.
If you're able to install the new version again, I can engage one of my developers to go in and take a look at what's going on.
It would also be helpful if you could pull the server log. That could provide some clues as well.
Can i get a developer to have a look? Even after reinstalling the previous version, I have my client saying they can't see the booking system on their computers.
