Everything was working fine untill yesterday when i installed the latest update and now no table is bringing any data. I ran through multiple queries and the data is there, however it doesn't show up in output for the table. This is a show stopper for my operations
Also why i am getting the message that my purchase code has expired although there was no expiry mentioned when i purchased it. I understand that support was only for 6 months that has expired
If you entered the purchase code, I can understand why it said it's not valid or it expired. The purchase code is reserved for purchases made through our website.
Since you purchased the plugin on envato, the purchase code field needs to stay empty, and you only need to click on "ACTIVATE WITH ENVATO" to activate the license.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Hi Aleksandar, thanks for your response. The solution you gave fixed it but now i am getting a new issue. Not sure if anyone else has reported that so far.
All mysql queries for the existing tables are not working anymore giving syntax error. I tried the queries and they work fine only if they are below a certain length and fail if they are greater. Did any new update put a limitation or query length or was there a new setting added that i missed.
The new update only dealt with the PHP SQL Parser library, which was outdated. Can you, please tell me what's the error you keep getting?
We use the query constructor to generate custom queries, and it can generate pretty large queries and a lot of JOINS, so there is no limitation to the query length.
Hi Aleksandar, Thanks for your recommendations and it looks like the case statement was the issue. I will continue modifying few more queries and then close this ticket if all looks good.
