Hello I have a huge problem concerning your plugin. I go through "pending" all my requests on the schedule of the shot whatever happens the date is blocked on the calendar only if I approve the appointment. However the date is not blocking for the same service it's true, but it is for all other services! I need emergency assistance because I'm losing money for now .
If you approved some appointments for that date, and also if the maximum capacity is reached that that date will not be able to be booked anymore, it is fully booked.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

If the duration of the service is more then the working hours of the employees that slot will not be able to book.
As I can see you have some services that are 15h long and the working hours of the employees are not 15h.
So in this case that service can not be booked at all.
Can you please update the plugin to the 2.0 version.
The auto update is released , you just need to enter the purchase code in the Amelia Settings-> Activaton settings.

Sorry for late response we had some issues with the ticketing platform
I am still looking at this issue.
Trying to figure it out the working hours of the employee Haya Mouchka Lounge as I can see the configuration.
Also we are recreating the same environment our side to see if there might be the issue with some settings, for example time zone,etc.
I will let you know once we found out so please keep the credentials live.
