We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    I just installed the 1.5.1 version of Amelia and I got a technical error:

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare ClueStreamFilterappend() (previously declared in /home/u786987362/domains/novacoaching.nl/public_html/wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/vendor/clue/stream-filter/src/functions.php:17) in /home/u786987362/domains/novacoaching.nl/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woo-mailerlite/vendor/clue/stream-filter/src/functions.php on line 27

    De site ondervindt technische problemen. Controleer de admin e-mail inbox van je website voor instructies.

    I disabled plugin WooCommerce - MailerLite (as adviced by Wordpress) and all is working well (except for my integration with MailerLite of course...).

    Can this be fixed?

    Hello Remko.

    Thank you for your purchase.

    This package is third party library that we are using for some functionality in our plugin. The MailerLite is probably using the same package, and that's where the conflict is coming from. You can comment the whole file:

    /wp-content/plugins/woo-mailerlite/vendor/clue/stream-filter/src/functions.php

    so, replace the content with:

    <?php
    // nothing

    As a temporary fix. When an update occurs, this fix will have to be re-implemented again. And also, these packages are used for a lot of functionalities by both plugins, so there's a chance something will not work as expected when you do this.

    I have forwarded the issue to our development team, and they are looking for a stable fix.

    Best regards, and sorry for the inconvenience.

    Kind Regards,

    Aleksandar Vuković
