I offer services that are for both in-person meetings and online. However, i am unable to create a location that is for my online service. I am forced to put in a physical address. Is there any way I could remedy this?
Actually, I would like to create a location that just states the appointment is online. I have my email notifications to send the location of the meetings. I need to include this as i have multiple locations. However, my online location is not located at any spot for the client. Can I create a location that does not force me to input a physical address?

Hi Dion,
Thank you for your purchase.
As I understand you want to hide that location from the booking form or something else?
Best regards.

HI Dion,
Those physical address will only be visible on backend, on locations page, so you can make a location and name it Online.
The real address for example Street number 10 will not be visible at all for the customers.
As for the notifications , is it possible for you to use the placeholder %location_name% instead of %location_address%
Also you can configure the email so after %location_address% you can put in brackets for example( if the appointment is online, please ignore this)
Best regards.
