We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I need to specify the size of the imported images.
The base size of a set of icons is 160x160
When they are displayed on my site I need to specify that they are to be displayed at no larger than 60x60
How would I do this?
Opening the accordions below illustrate what I mean. Some of the rows of images are considerably larger than the icons on other rows. There is consistently within each group, but not overall. The size seems to be larger for groups with longer lists, meaning the icons are basing their size on the length of the lists, arbitrarily, apparently.
Hello Omar.
If you're simply attaching the images, you can specify the thumbnail height and width in main WordPress settings:
If, on the other hand, you're adding images in a string type column like <img src="link-to-the-image">, then you can specify the height like this:
and it will apply those settings.
I hope this helps.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

I don't have those options, because I can't update my plugin.
Hello again Omar.
These are not wpDataTables settings, these are WordPress settings.
Also, what issues are you having with updating the plugin?
Best regards.

I can't update it because it won't allow me to validate my purchase.
I see Omar.
I'll reply to your other ticket about purchase code.
Thanks.
