We have a CRM where we want to capture the contact info that generates when the users book our services via Amelia.
We haven't been able to find the way to retrieve the the parameters to feed the CRM.
Please let me know if you can support us to find this integration solution.

Sorry to disappoint you but at the moment we do not have integration with the plugin built in features at the moment.
We will certainly work on more integrations, and based on the number of votes those features will become priorities. We have on our TODO list integration with MailChimp and ActiveCampaign but this is something that is not on the top of the priorities at the moment.
