We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

I noticed 2 of your email templates have improper grammar and I was wondering if you could correct that on your next update? I know it is a simple fix on our end but we will be installing this plugin a lot and it will get annoying to have to fix that every time. Also, it doesn't look very professional for new customers signing up for Amelia when the wording is incorrect.

The part I am referring to is "We are waiting you at" on appointment approved and reminder templates. The wording is completely wrong and should be changed to something like "We will see you at".

Also, "We would like to remind you that you have %service_name%" should be changed to "We would like to remind you that you have a %service_name%"

    Thanks for the great plugin.

    Hi Rusty,

Thank you for contacting us, we will give our best to improve our grammar for the next update. I cannot say whether this change will be applied for our next version since it is prepared for Monday release, but we will certainly change it for the next one. As for the second change I cannot say for sure whether it is grammarly right to add 'a' before the service name since some service names can start on vocals and then this 'a' before them wouldn't be grammarly right. However, we will certainly investigate this further.

    Best regards.

I agree for the 2nd one mentioned. The best way to handle it would be logic if vowel use an if not vowel use a but I'm sure that could get a little complicated for programming. I just figured the best way to handle it would be do what would be correct more often and I think that is using an a. Another way to handle might be something like:

"We would like to remind you that your (service name) is scheduled for"

    or

"We would like to remind you that you have the following events scheduled for (date time):

    (event name)

I'm sure you know better how your clients use the plugin but thought I would give a few suggestions.
