My clients have booked 1 on 1 appointments with me that are confirmed, but for some reason they are still showing as open slots on my website and people are starting to wonder if they have booked appointments with me or not! My plugin has been updated, my appointments have a max capacity of 1 and a min capacity of 1, and my clients and I have been notified of the appointment and it shows as approved on my dashboard. I am just really confused as to why the appointment is still available for the public to see.
Did not have this problem before, and I have made no changes to my site.
Please please help, it would mean the world to me!!
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Please provide me also name of that service, name of the employee and date where you this issue so we can investigate.
