We have the following situations: The client uploads the excel file with 10 columns - we want to display only 3 of them on the displayed table, and the remaining data to display on the dynamically created subpage with the link https://mydomain.com/xyzxyzxyz where xyzxyzxyz would be given from one column - subpage would display after clicking on this symbol xyzxyzxyz.
End users (website visitors) cannot create new tables in any way. They can upload the Excel file, and you can create a table from it in back-end.
From there, you can limit which columns will be visible, or even created. If you choose to import the Excel file, you will be able to delete columns before the table is created, so it only displays 3. Then, my advice would be to create a new table from all 10 columns on another page, and insert a link in one of the columns of the first table.
So, when a user clicks on that it takes him to the full table.
Dear Sir / Madam,

is it possible to obtain the plugin wpDataTables?
Thank you for the information,

Hello Krzysztof.
Thank you for your interest in our plugin.
Is this something that you could use?
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
