Hello,
Scenario: I login to the back end of Amelia as an Amelia employee (with WP user role) and go to the appointments page. I click "new appointment". When I attempt to "create new" customer (instead of adding a customer from the existing list) the Amelia logo / loading sign appears and keeps animating. no matter how long i wait i do not get the opportunity to create a new customer.
I am 90% that this was not a problem before.
When logged in as amelia manager or Wp admin this does not appear to be a problem.

Thank you for your purchase.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

OK I Can see this error when I am logged in as an employee ( attachment)
The 403 Forbidden error is an HTTP status code that means that accessing the page or resource you were trying to reach is absolutely forbidden for some reason. Different web servers report 403 Forbidden errors in different ways, the majority of which we've listed below
Do you install some security plugins in the meantime.

Firstly, since your last reply an SSL Cert has been installed. The site is now HTTPS.
Wordfence security plugin was installed prior to Amelia installation.
WPS hidelogin plugin was installed prior to Amelia installation
I am 90% sure that an employee could create a new customer when we first installed it on April 29th.
In the last few minutes,
We re- tested the error with the HTTPS - it is still an issue
We de-activated Wordfence, and tested - without success.
We de-activated WPS hidelogin, and tested - without success.
We re-activated WPS Wordfence, and tested - without success.
Again, as you have witnessed yourself, This problem only exists when logged in as an employee- why is the is the case? why is it that we are able to utilise this function when logged in as a different role?
Would you like to login again for another look?

Ok we investigated further with the admin role and we noticed this 2FA Status for that user ( attachment) is set to not allowed.
Can you please tell me what does this stands for.
Also this can be the reason ( attachment 2) we found that for that user.
Like I said probably some settings in security does not allows this user, I also found this in the response

The 2FA is a wordfence two-step verification for wp users login process. I changed the settings for this for the Amelia employees and it has had no difference to the issue.

So sorry for the inconvenience, I asked my team now and they confirmed me that this is not possible.
The strange thing is that the Crete customer button is there for the employee ( and if this feature is not possible than that button should not be there) so my mistake.
I will ask them to remove this until we found a solution for the update , and also change the documentation so the misunderstandings like this can not happen again.
